Stregatto is on the third and top floor, with lift, of a large apartment in a condominium equipped with a 24-hour concierge and video surveillance. It overlooks an internal courtyard, therefore, despite being in a central position and in a lively district night and day, it is extremely quiet. The room is very bright, thanks to the two large ground / sky windows, and has a comfortable double bed with a single mattress. As in all B&B accommodations, the set-up is hypoallergenic: cushions, curtains and mattress are periodically sanitized and replaced. The room, on request, can be arranged with a double bed or twin beds. Stregatto is equipped with safe, LED TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and hot / cold air conditioning. The private internal bathroom, with shower, is equipped with towels, disposable toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap, shower cap) and a wall-mounted hairdryer.
The room can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (2 adults and a child in a cot OR 2 adults and a child / boy up to 16 years in an extra bed, OR 1 adult, 1 child / boy 3 - 16 years and a child in a cot . It is not possible to add both a bed and a cot).
The breakfast area is always open. In the morning, , outside the Covid – 19 pandemy, an Italian buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00, with espresso coffee, cappuccino, fresh croissants, pastries, jams, meats and cheeses, yogurt and juices of fruit.
An electric espresso machine, a kettle for tea / herbal teas, a chilled water dispenser and a refrigerator are always available to guests.
It is also possible to stop and work at the tables, using the Wi-Fi internet connection and browse the books and magazines available to guests, always maintaining the quiet and secluded atmosphere of the B&B.
